Your wonderful pendant arrived yesterday but since I wasn't at work, I couldn't pick it up until today. Both my wife and I think that it's extraordinary! You have our sincere thanks and gratitude. Thank you, Steve. I had been tracking the package also and when it did not arrive on time called FedEx. It is unusual for them to let something "drop through the cracks" but know they will do all they can to locate the package. More important, I know you take care of your customers; so, as much as I would have like to have received the pendant today, I know it will arrive soon.
