30-Day Return/Exchange
Your satisfaction is important to us.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Classic Jewelry. If for any reason this is not the case, items may be returned for a full refund or exchange. The item must be received by Classic Jewelry within thirty (30) days of your receipt. Any items received after this period will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return/Exchange Procedure

  1. Obtain an authorization number by calling our customer service department at 1-877-543-4367. Returns will not be accepted without this number.

  2. Package the jewelry with care using all of the original packing materials. Items must be returned in the same condition as were sent from Classic Jewelry. Items that have been engraved, altered, or resized by a company other than Classic Jewelry, show signs of wear or are damaged in any way cannot be accepted.

  3. All original certificates must be returned in order for a full refund to be issued. Each piece of jewelry missing a certificate will incur a $65 charge.

  4. Include a copy of your invoice from Classic Jewelry. Clearly indicate your return authorization number on the invoice.

  5. Write your return authorization number on the outside of the package.

  6. All returns must be shipped to us insured for the full purchase price of the item(s). We are not responsible for jewelry shipments which have not been insured or for any packages which do not require a signature upon delivery or a return receipt.

  7. We recommend shipping the package via USPS Registered Mail. Be sure to request a return receipt.

  8. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the proper area.

    Please do not write words such as "Classic Jewelry," "jewelry," "diamonds," etc. anywhere on the package. To deter theft, it is very important that words giving any indication of the contents or value of the package are not visible anywhere on the package.


  10. Allow approximately five business days upon receipt of the items for refunds to be processed. After we have inspected and verified the condition of the items, a prompt refund will be given in the same manner as payment was made.
