How long will it take to receive my order?

At Classic Jewelry we make every effort to keep all jewelry displayed on our site in stock for prompt shipment and delivery. Orders will usually be shipped within two business days of credit card approval and delivered via Federal Express second day service. Click here to view the full details on shipping.

If an item is not in stock we will promptly send the materials to our on-premises workshop and put your order into production. It normally takes up to two days to create your piece of jewelry and three to five days to certify your jewelry with the International Gemological Institute if it was purchased for $1,500 or higher.



Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

At Classic Jewelry all orders are processed from start to finish using state-of-the-art VeriSign Extended Validation (EV) SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect all personal information for secure e-commerce transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, and also offer the Google Checkout option. We also accept money orders and bank checks. How will I know if my order has been received by Classic Jewelry?

We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. When your jewelry is shipped we will also send you an email with the tracking number for your package.You are welcome to call us at 877-543-4367 at any time to follow up on your order status or to ask any questions.



What is your return policy?

We want you to be truly satisfied with your purchase from Classic Jewelry. If for any reason this is not the case, items may be returned for a full refund or exchange. The item must be received by us within thirty days of your receipt. Any items received after this period will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Where is the jewelry manufactured?

At Classic Jewelry we manufacture almost all of our jewelry right here in the USA in our on-premises workshop. This allows us to give our customers the finest product, outstanding customer service and the ability to manufacture any out of stock items in a matter of a few days. By having our workshop here, we also offer a free cleaning and re-polishing service for all jewelry purchased from us.



Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

As required by law we collect sales tax on those orders shipped to customers in the State of New York.



Do you ship to Canada?

We will gladly ship our jewelry to our customers in Canada, via Federal Express International. Shipments to Canada will incur an additional shipping and handling fee of $25.00. Please feel free to contact us with any additional shipping questions at 877-543-4367. International customers are responsible for any customs taxes or duties.
