How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
At Classic Jewelry we make every effort to keep all jewelry displayed on our site in stock for prompt shipment and delivery.Orders will usually be shipped within two business days of credit card approval and delivered via Federal Express second day service.  If an item is not in stock we will promptly send the materials to our on premises factory and put your order into production. It normally takes up to two days to manufacture your piece of jewelry and three to five days to certify your jewelry with the International Gemological Institute.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners, and American Express through Google checkout. We also accept money orders and bank checks.Personal checks are also accepted however the merchandise will be shipped after the check clears. How Will I Know If My Order Has Been Received By Classic Jewelry?
We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.When your jewelry is shipped we will also send you an email with the tracking number for your package.You are welcome to call our toll free number, 877-543-4367 at any time to follow up on your order status or to ask any questions.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Classic Jewelry. If for any reason this is not the case, items may be returned for a full refund or exchange. The item must be received by Classic Jewelry within thirty (30) days of your receipt. Any items received after this period will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Does Jewelry Come With A Certificate From An Independent Gem Lab?
At Classic Jewelry, each piece of jewelry with a selling price of over $1500.00 includes an appraisal certificate from the International Gemological Institute.

Where Is The Jewelry Manufactured?
At Classic Jewelry we manufacture almost all of our jewelry right here in the USA in our on premises factory. This allows us to give our customers the finest product, outstanding customer service and the ability to manufacture any out of stock items in a matter of a few days. By having our factory here, we also offer a free cleaning and polishing service for all jewelry purchased from us.

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax On My Order?
As required by law we collect sales tax on those orders shipped to customers in the State of New York.

What Is Your Policy On Shipping To Canada?
We will gladly ship our jewelry to our customers in Canada, via Federal Express International. Shipments to Canada will incur an additional shipping and handling fee of $25.00. Please contact us with any additional shipping questions. International customers are responsible for any Customs Tax or Duties.
