Free Cleaning and Re-Polishing

At Classic Jewelry, we offer free cleaning and re-polishing for all jewelry purchased from us.  This service is performed in our on-premises factory located here in New York City. Your jewelry will be professionally re-finished and promptly sent back to you.

The jewelry must be sent to us insured for its full purchase price.  We are not responsible for packages which are not insured. Your jewelry will be returned via FedEx 2Day shipping.  Please provide credit card information for the return shipping and insurance fees which will be charged at cost. 

Proper Shipping Procedures

It is important to follow these procedures in order to ensure the safety of your jewelry and its timely return.

1.	Obtain an authorization number by calling our customer service department at 1-877-543-4367.
2.	Package the jewelry with care, and include a copy of your invoice from Classic Jewelry.  Clearly indicate “Submitting for Cleaning and Re-Polishing” as well as your authorization number on the invoice.
3.	Your credit card information will be required for the shipping and insurance fees of the re-finished items.  Shipping and insurance will be charged as follows:  **

4.	Write your authorization number on the outside of the package.
5.	All packages must be shipped to us insured for the full purchase price of the item(s).  We recommend shipping the package via USPS Registered Mail, and be sure to request a return receipt.  We are not responsible for jewelry shipped to us without a request for signature or return receipt.
6.	Ship to: CJ Designs, Inc. 37 West 47th Street, Suite 802 New York City, NY10036 Please do not write words such as “Classic Jewelry,” “jewelry,” “diamonds,” etc. anywhere on the package!  To deter theft, it is very important that words giving any indication of the contents or value of the package are not visible anywhere on the package.
7.	Your jewelry will be shipped back to you within a few days in like-new condition!
